The apartments are available furnished or unfurnished. No charge is made for a basic furniture pack but if additional items are required or if new furniture is requested there are several options available at a price which is open to negotiation.

The basic items include:

• A Double or Single bed
• Bedside tables
• One wardrobe per bedroom
• One chest of draws per bedroom
• Settee in living room
• Coffee table in living room
• Kitchen table and chairs
• Kitchen appliances

Televisions, DVD's, cutlery, crockery, toasters, kettles etc are available separately as additional items.
